How to Create Email Hosting

Having a domain name and a hosting account will enable you to create a professionally branded email hosting account.
 
You should access your email manager.  To do that

Login to your Go4hosting account.

Click on Hosting menu at the top of the page. Select Email in the submenu.

Select from the links on the left of the screen. Create and manage your email accounts and other settings. This may include Spam filters, email forwarders, auto res-ponders etc.

Continue with the following steps to create your new email account.

Go to the Email Accounts Section. Click on Create an Email Account.

Enter the new email name that you prefer before the @ symbol. Select the domain you wish to use from the drop-down menu. The email address you choose can contain alphabets, numbers, special character, dots or periods. Don't make it too complicated or you could forget it. The system will automatically generate a password. You may want to change it with your own for security reasons. Create a password. Retype the password.

You can select any default webmail client from the drop-down menu. In case you are not sure yet, click on "I will choose Later". Go to Mailbox storage. Select a Storage limit.  The default limit is set at 250MB which you can always configure later to suit your needs. If you do not change it and your mailbox exceeds the quotas the incoming emails can bounce back.  So, do not forget to change it.

Click on Create. Your hosting account is created.
