How To Forward Emails to Multiple Addresses in cPanel ?

In this guide we will show you how to send emails to multiple addresses in cPanel.

The two types of email forwarder for cPanel are:

�         Email Account Forwarders.

�         Domain Forwarders.

Email Forwarders allows you to send emails automatically. If you have multiple email addresses then you can use email forwarders to review them from a single account. It can also be used to forward your emails to a different domain. You can do so by using the cPanel interface. 

Here are the steps to setup email forwarders using cPanel: 

�             Create an Email Account Forwarder:

�           Login to cPanel and navigate to Email > Forwarders

�           On Forwarders, page click Add Forwarder

�           On the Add a New Forwarder page, fill in the Address to forwarding, the domain from the dropbox and the destination mail address.

�           Click on Add Forwarder.

�             Forward All Email for a Domain:

�           Login to cPanel and navigate to Email > Forwarders

�           On Forwarders page click Add Domain Forwarder

�           Click the drop-down list and select the domain you wish to forward from

�           On the blank field type in the destination mail address, you wish to forward the emails.

�           Click Add Domain Forwarder.

Create an Email Account Forwarder

Login to the cPanel account and navigate to Email > Forwarders. Then click on the Add Forwarder button. 

Make sure you have mentioned the email to your account to forward on this page. Select the domain and then destination email address. You can also use commas to add more email addresses to your forwarder.

Specify the email account to forward on this page. Select the correct domain from the drop-down in case you have multiple domains and then the destination email address.

�         Click on Add Forwarder. 

�         Forward All Email for a Domain: 

Login to the cPanel account and navigate to Email > Forwarders. Then click on the Add Domain Forwarder button.

Click the drop down list and select the domain. Enter the email address and click on Add Domain Forwarder.
