Dedicated Server - Service Level Agreement

a) Network Up time Guarantee

Go4hosting's servers are supported by a world-class automated infrastructure and superior technology enabling us to offer 99.95% up time SLA. Our premium network is aimed at offering quality hosting services and is hardened with multiple layers of security& advancement. At Go4hosting, we are engaged in delivering the best network performance in the industry with the help of Cisco Powered network, which is available to facilitate clients in all possible aspects. Combined with constant monitoring by highly qualified network team, we guarantee the smooth functioning of all network infrastructures including routers, switches, and cabling.

Go4hosting will only be held responsible for its network and not for general conditions or issues on the Internet. Delays caused by backbone failures, congestion, and unavailability, interruption or delay in telecommunications, or third party services (including DNS propagation) resulting in degradation of service and high packet loss or similar conditions, cannot be guaranteed by Go4hosting as it is not covered.

b) Hardware Guarantee

Go4hosting guarantees the smooth functionality of all dedicated server hardware components. At the hour of need, company will replace any failed component with zero cost to the client. Hardware repair/replacement will begin immediately after warning of the hardware failure and is guaranteed to be done within 1 hour. Hardware includes Processor(s), RAM, Hard Disk(s), Motherboard, NIC Card, and other related hardware included under the server lease. The time required to repair or replace hardware does not include software re installation or data recovery from backup tapes/disks.

c) Server Backups

You are required to purchase an appropriate backup service or a service plan to back-up the data on your dedicated server.
