In managed cloud as a service (MCaaS) the service provider takes the responsibility of the operation and management of the cloud services. The client’s utilizes the provider’s services to manage their cloud at an additional cost. The vendor may delegate the services of a third party to make software packages for the cloud services. MCaaS allows the clients to focus on their business expansion plans and gives the technical experts more time to develop new applications for their business. It takes away the burden of cloud management. The service provider manages the operating systems, networks and other services. It is customizable with the client having the liberty to opt for services they want the provider to manage.
