What IPv6 features should we look for our Firewalls to support?

Although developed about two decades ago (in 1998), IPv6 is still a new protocol in the Internet industry. Earlier, most companies were either reluctant to adopt or were not expecting exponential growth on the Internet. IPv6 offers a host of features that include almost unlimited addresses with 128 bits, far more than the earlier version IPv4 (32 bits).

My recommendation is to look for all of the features of IPv6. It is necessary that it support all router features, also should be capable of detecting all of the transition and tunnel types.
