My Data Center has blocked ports which doesn't allow me to ping my Hosted Server?

Contact the support team of your data center. They will unblock your ports after proper verification...

I am able to RDP into the server, do a DIR, and telnet to all MS ports.

What does this error mean?
No stats are shown.
