What special mail SMTP configuration can we do when running a web application hosted on Alibaba Cloud ECS v7?

Alibaba Cloud offers Direct Mail Services to its clients. This Alibaba Direct Mail allows its clients to send E mail quickly, with complete efficiency. It does not need the clients to build their own E mail server.

Alibaba Cloud has already disabled port 25, for going out. If anyone wishes to build a mail server on ECS, the client should try using SMTP or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, port 465, Secure Socket Layer or SSL, for setting up a mail server. The user’s application should be able to support SMTP TSL, in order to use port 465.

If anyone wishes to connect to a third-party mail service provider, with the help of port 25, she/he should check with the service provider, whether the service provider is able to redirect request from other port to port 25. If the webhosting service provider is capable of doing that, the client can send her/his request to the other port, for that port to redirect to port 25.
