Create and activate your new account with Go4hosting.
Go to Outlook, click on edit settings and make changes to the address. Change POP settings to your previous host.
Create a new duplicate account in Outlook with your new account. Set your POP to the IP address of Go4hosting. You will find the IP address in the welcome email that the provider must have sent to you or find it in your
Go4hosting customer portal. Make sure that the MX records and any other records are applied in your DNS.
For the change to affect, it does takes a few hours (anything between 24 to 72 hours). The change of
email server must be informed across the globe on to several servers and it takes time for them to update their records. So, continue with both the accounts for a few days and then you may cancel your previous account.
