How to setup email hosting server?

Once you have signed up with Go4hosting for your web hosting packages you can create unlimited email addresses. It is possible to configure email client to retrieve and send messages through your Go4hosting email server. Email setup instructions are different for individual devices and email programs.

To setup email in Outlook, open Outlook. Go to the navigation bar and click on the “Tools” and then click on the “Account Settings”. Click the “New” button on the Email Tab. Check the box at the bottom and click “Next”. Choose the Internet Email option and click next.

Fill the details. The “incoming” and “outgoing” mail server settings will show whichever server you are on. Next, click on Require logon box and then click more settings. Move to the Outgoing Server tab, check the “My outgoing server and Use the Same Settings”. Go to “Advanced” tab and choose “SSL” from the drop-down menu. Check if the incoming port is set to 993. Click ok and click next. Then click on the Finished button.

The mail settings to set up your other email client the mail settings should read- For IMAP ensure that the incoming port is set to 143, for POP it should be set as 110.
