In case you have forgotten your password just click on the “forgot password?” link. Fill in your username details. We will send you an email to your
registered email address. You will have to validate the link in the email within 24 hours. You will enter your user name in the login page which opens when you click on the link. You will receive a random password with which you can login to your control panel. You may continue using the same password or change to by entering a password of your choice. Retype it and save it.
You will find a “forgot your user ID?” link on your
control panel login page. Click on it. You will have to provide your primary email account details for the username retrieval. It is crucial that the email address is the same that you have registered with your
hosting provider. All the login details of every account that you hold will be provided to your registered email address. In case you have lost access to your primary email account, you will be asked to authenticate your information with a security question and answer you had given at the time of registering your email account. You will receive a randomly created password for the primary account. Login and update your email contact details.
