Yes, we have redundancy in power. Redundancy means the power supply has two or more power supply units. We have
tier 3 data centers where we host our servers and other components. We offer N+1 redundancy. N+1 means number of uninterrupted power supply components that are required to provide power to the computers and accessories and +1 is the extra
backup facility to keep as a standby in case any component fails. Each unit has the capacity to run the entire computer systems and we run only one at a time. There is a switch connecting the two units and in case there is a failure due to some issue in the unit the entire load is shifted to the other unit seamlessly. This will ensure that there is no break in the power supply and the servers run in a normal way without any interruption. Redundant power is crucial to counter any unexpected power outage. The
data centers have diesel generators and UPS systems to fall back upon at times of power outages for whatever reason.
