I lost my control panel username and password. What should I do?

That usually happens and it is not much difficult to get it back.

As you said, you lost both username and password. Next, you need to call the support team of your hosting provider. They'll ask you few questions related to the information provided by you at the time of registration, to verify your identity. After then they'll send you a mail on your registered email id which consist your username and a link to reset your password.

If you can remember or retrieve your username then all you need to do is to click on the link of forgot your password. Enter your account username and submit. A link will be sent to your email that will enable you to retrieve your login credentials.
