Login to your Joomla dashboard by entering your user ID and password. Navigate to the Access Admin. Go to your
hosting provider (Go4Hosting) user area and then to My Accounts. Select Joomla installations tab where you will find a list of Joomla applications in your account. Click on the Go to Admin Panel button beside the
Joomla installation you wish to manage. You can login to your account instantly. In case you have forgotten your user ID or password you can go to the Joomla admin tools app in your control panel to complete various Joomla management tasks including changing of passwords. Click on Reset Password link and fill up a new password and click on change password. You can then login using your new password.
