Although cloud technology has evolved with time a lot, but the amount and variety in the data have also shown a steep increase. To support such new age data and its amount they have come up with different data types used in cloud computing that store such plethora of data much more efficiency. Some of the new data types that are into my knowledge are emails, text, and images. I am unaware if there are more that cloud computing service provides. |

Cloud technology has evolved with time. The amount and variety in data has had a skew increase, too. To make our newer systems compatible with its enormity, cloud hosts have introduced better and more efficient data types and eliminated data conflicts that previously existed. These are the data types that I know of – emails, text, and images. I am however unsure whether more data types exist. |

What you just mentioned are not data types in cloud computing. They are files. A single file can have countless number of data types coded into it. Boolean, locale, int, for example…these are what you may call data types and not images and texts. |

If these are what you call data types, then what is Metadata in cloud computing. I know in Metadata you store information but why use these files when you already have the cloud? |

Cloud computing is the most emerging and evolved technology. The data types it uses are text, Boolean, decimal, numbers, images, contracts, etc. It also coverts local to the data types required. But for the conversion it calls for technical knowledge and practical experience. |
