Backup storage is designed to serve as a space to transfer your data, configuration, settings, and content. This space is exclusively managed by the host to facilitate ease of administration and to relieve you from technical intricacies. If you wish to transfer data to storage server, you only need to login to host’s backup server by using your preferred protocol. Please remember that you can login to your account through your own VPS server. This arrangement helps keep tour data secure. There are different protocols available to access backup storage including FTP, FTPS, NFS, and CIFS. You can use your admin tools to mount your backup space on your server locally. NFS and CIFS protocols facilitate manipulation of your files as if these were situated on your local disk.
