Web hosting enables businesses to host their website on a fixed server, or on a portion of sever (VPS Hosting, shared server), whereas cloud computing is a combination of multiple cloud servers, all working to fulfill the demands of changing businesses. Web hosting services are basically categorized into many types – Shared, dedicated server hosting, VPS, reseller hosting etc.. On the other hand, cloud computing has three different computing models – public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud. Cloud enables businesses to provision IT resources as per the market demands. |
