Login to your domain cPanel interface and select the backup icon. Next, click on a button that says “Generate a full website backup”. You will then be asked where you want to save the backup file (click on home directory) and secondly you must provide an email address where we can notify you when the backup is completed. Click on the generate backup button. Log in to the domain’s cPanel when the backup process is completed and download the file onto your computer. You can make the changes in two ways. 1. Log into the server’s WHM as root. Search and select “Modify an Account”. Select the account from the list and click on modify. You will then see the existing domain name. Change and write the new domain name. Click on save. Go back to WHM navigation bar, find the DNS Functions Area and click on “Park a Domain”. Select the new domain name and click submit. |
