Microsoft Azure is a Cloud computing platform, which is developed by Microsoft Inc. This Cloud computing platform primarily consists of the Platform as a Service or PaaS and Infrastructure as a Service, or IaaS model. Cloud hosting services, that is Platform as a Service or PaaS developers, find Microsoft Azure as an extremely useful platform for their building, deploying and managing application and services. These developers can create the requisite codes with the special Azure tools, those are provided to them by Microsoft Azure. The virtual machines then execute the rules of the applications. It uses Windows server to do that. Microsoft Azure installs the operating system, for the convenience of its users. This is absolutely unlike other Virtual Machine Services. Microsoft Azure continuously updates the operating system with new patches. Azure tools offer high scalability to the users. Auto-scaling is also one of the premium services provided by Microsoft Azure to its users. |
