There are easy ways to do this. You can simply take the help of a web server hosting company. But if you want to do wordpress hosting shifting on your own, you need to follows these steps. 1. To migrate to a new hosting provider, start with migrating your files like application code files, configuration files, and plug ins and themes. Compress all the files in a Zip file and then migrate it to the new account. You can also use File Manager if you have cPanel to migrate the files to the new account. 2. Now, you need to migrate the database. Simply export the data and then create a new account on your hosting provider to import the data. 3. Configure all the custom and domain settings, so that you are able to work on the new host. 4. Now test the new website to ensure that it is working fine. |
