You can move your email hosting from one host to another without much effort or having to indulge in technicalities.

If your email account host includes cPanel, it is possible to move the whole cPanel account and email accounts if your new hosting account is empty. If not empty, you can still move email hosting but for a fee. If the email hosting provider does not have cPanel, manual migration of email data can be done.

The new email hosting service where you want your current email hosting account moved must be provided information about previous email provider, the previous name of IMAP mail server hostname, login URL for control panel, username, and password.

Also, for each email account that you want moved, you must provide email address, email address username, and email password. If you are planning to make the move manually, you must login to the new hosting cPanel account, go to the mail segment of the cPanel and click on email accounts. You can create new email addresses in the cPanel from here.

After the move, make sure you delete the old account. Also make sure the contract with the old host is cancelled and closed in all respects.
