Regular FTP service and sFTP works on different ports, all you need to do is block port 21 for incoming connections. To make sure the changes, login to your Dedicated server as root via SSH and use the below listed command: iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 21 -j DROP Kindly note that you will have to do this each time you restart the firewall. |
