If you are referring to root access with a managed dedicated server hosting plan, it is not available as we have specialists team to control and manage the critical areas of server management so that you can focus on the other areas of your business. Root access is available with our unmanaged dedicated server hosting service. Our dedicated managed servers are extremely well managed and give you absolute control over all aspects of the dedicated server. Please note that for all other servers, you will not get root access by default. You can request for access which will be considered based on the reasons for which access is required. |
