How to setup email hosting?

If you already have your domain name and have the hosting, then you can setup your own domain email hosting account. The setup process is simple and quick. It is important for your business as it adds to the credibility and reputation. It helps in easy acceptance if you want to join any affiliate networks. Do not use free email services as you may not get the desired reliability and services as you want. The services are supported by commercial ads which could distract your visitors. You also may have several server issues as the load is more. Set-up your own domain hosted email server with the following steps.

Access your cPanel:

Login to your cPanel account and move to the “Email accounts” button.

Complete information:

When you open the Email accounts you must complete a few questions such as

1. What you want the email account to be (User ID)
2. Type a password of your choice and you must re-enter the password again.
3. Mailbox quota: You will be asked to choose your mailbox size. If you are a new business, you could start with minimum size and upgrade as your email traffic grows.

Once the information is entered you just click on the “Create Account” button. You have set up your email hosting with your domain name address.
