SAP IDES are systems that run all SAP modules and applications as demo systems. They are basically used for the learners to practice and training. It could be a classroom study, self-study or an online tutorial model.
IDES is expandable to Internet Demonstration and Evaluation System and is the most convenient way for the users to get familiar with the
SAP ERP. There are a few tools required to be installed in your system hard disk if you want to practice it on your own. The tools are available at the SAP marketplace.
A German company called Consolut provides free SAP IDES Access. Visit their website and create an account. Download the GUI 7.3 or any new version. Select English language. There are instructions displayed which you must follow to find and get the SAP IDES free access.
