As your bandwidth usage is coming closer to the limit, you will get an automated message or alert on the email account that you have registered with us, a few days in advance to enable you to take the necessary action. There is nothing to panic. Bandwidth is consumed due to the volume of data that is transferred from your website to a visitor’s computer. You have the three options of firstly restricting your usage till the next cycle starts or secondly buy additional bandwidth to let the operations continue smoothly or thirdly you can upgrade to a higher plan. In case you do not take any action, your account will be suspended for the time being once the limit is crossed till the fresh cycle starts on the 1st of next month. This will cause disruption in service and create hindrance to your business. It is recommended that you monitor your bandwidth usage and upgrade to a higher plan if the usage is increasing constantly. Contact our technical support team for any further assistance. |
