Data center is a complex, dynamic facility that comprises servers, power systems, cooling system, switches, storage systems and other many equipment which needs maintaining temperature, keeping environment and cost-efficiency in mind, for uninterrupted services. We, at Go4hosting, usually maintain our running data centers temperature between 18 to 22 degree Celcius. To handle temperature control in our data centers we take several steps, like – • Investigation of temperature rise during a cooling system outage. • Develop a real-time transient model for temperature prediction. • To control temperature rise, 4 strategies are provided and evaluated. • According to the cooling system characteristic, a suitable systems is recommended. Humidity and temperature at our data centers are monitored and maintained by PAC. |
